Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken Breast
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 pounds Uncooked Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Paprika
- Optional Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
STEP 1
Cut chicken into cubes.

STEP 2
Mix chicken with fresh garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, paprika, salt and olive oil
Marinate the chicken for 90 minutes.

STEP 3
Cut Potatoes into cubes

STEP 4
Mix potatoes with fresh garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, paprika, salt and olive oil.
When cooking the potatoes make sure they do not burn and get too dry. You can skip the olive oil and use cooking spray.

STEP 5
Air fry or bake the above marinated potatoes at 400 F for 20 minutes.

STEP 6
Cook chicken in a pan for 8 minutes at high heat.

STEP 7
Add milk, 100 g cream cheese, parmesan and extra seasoning. Mix in the pan till you see creamy.

STEP 8
Add crispy potatoes and shredded Mozarella cheese into the pan. Cover the pan for 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
