Ingredients
Boneless chicken Breast

Seasonings. Garlic, onion powder, chipotle, smoked paprika, salt, pepper.
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper, Black Beans, Corn, Jalapeno, Quinoa, Green Onion, Cheese
Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette
Lime, Honey, Garlic
Chipotle In Adobo Sauce. use 1 or two full peppers in the adobo sauce.
Seasoning. Salt, pepper, oregano
White Vinegar
Olive Oil
Cilantro/Parsley
STEP 1
Prepare chipotle dressing by blending 1 or two full peppers in the adobo sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, white vinegar, olive oil and Cilantro
Add water to the dressing, pulse again and set aside.

STEP 2
Mix chicken with fresh garlic, onion powder, chipotle, smoked paprika, salt, pepper. and olive oil
Marinate the chicken for 90 minutes.

STEP 3
Heat oil in a cast-iron or large skillet. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side over medium heat or till the chicken is fully cooked.
Once done, cut it and set them aside to rest before serving.

Cook quinoa.
