Delicious Healthy Choice Cake

Ingredients

Dates seedless: 28 to 30
Milk: 1 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon

Step 1
Soak dates in milk for 3 hours

Step 2
Transfer the soaked dates and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil to above mix and blend again.

Step 4
Add 1/2 cup milk to above mix and blend again. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Step 5
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Grease and flour a cake pan.

Step 6
Add wheat flour and baking soda into the mixing bowl and mix well.

Transfer the mix into cake pan and spread walnuts as a top layer.

Step 8
Bake at 360 F for 40 to 45 minutes.
